10/31/2025 I have been a patient with both Drs Azari & Zahedi since I was a child and I wouldn't think to go anywhere else for my dentistry care! The knowledge and care that come from the whole staff, not just the wonderful Drs, is the reason why even when I lived outside of Jacksonville for a few years I never bothered to find a dentist where I was living and instead made the trip to their office. My parents and grandparents are also patients here and have been regular patients for decades as well. I highly, highly recommend their practice, I always have a 10/10 experience! nader najafi Google

10/10/2025 Dr. Azari and staff are second to none. The doctor is GREAT, but it's not just him. I'm not sure about the spelling on all these names, but Shanna, Crystal, Katrina and Christina have all contributed greatly to my positive experiences the last two years. Everyone has invested a great deal of time in helping me through some rather extensive procedures, always with patience and a smile. They are all highly professional, but not at the expense of providing a caring, personal touch to their work.

My work schedule did not always allow for appointments that were perfect matches for Dr. Azari's regular working hours. No problem--he and the support team could not have been more accommodating. Who provides that kind of care in this day and age? Dr. Azari and his first-rate staff. If I could give ten stars, I would...

10/10/2025 Dr. Azari did not listen when I tried to explain the pain and discomfort in my mouth. He impatiently dismissed what I was saying and was argumentative. After several appointments with no relief and not feeling like I cannot communicate with Dr.Azari to get a positive resolution, I decided to take myself and my family to a different practice.
